Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with Minister-President of the Brussels-Capital Region Rudi Vervoort on 21 February 2019. The two sides exchanged views over sub-national cooperation between Chinese cities and provinces and the Brussels-capital region. Minister counsellor Zhang Chi from the Chinese Embassy was also present.
