The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Belgium will regularly dispose of the overdue consular documents (including passports, travel documents, notarization documents, visas, etc.) which have been completed. If the applicant or agent fails to pick up such a consular document overdue for more than one year, the Embassy will destroy it without further notice. All the consequences that may arise will be borne by the applicant himself.
