On 14th August 2019, Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with Mr. Andre Flahaut, Minister of State and Budget Minister of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, and former President of the House of Representatives of Belgium. The two sides exchanged views over China-Belgium relations, among other topics. Minister counselor Zhang Chi was also present.
