On 27th August 2019, Ambassador Cao Zhongming visited the headquarters of Le Soir, the largest French-language newspaper in Belgium. The Ambassador exchanged views with CEO Olivier De Raeymaeker and editor-in-chief Christophe Berti over topics of mutual interests including history of the gazette and news coverage on China. Minister counselor Zhang Chi was also present.
