On June 1, 2008, State Councilor Dai Bingguo met in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse with former US Secretary of State General Haig and former Chairman of the Asia Foundation Greenberg who are invited by the China Association for International Friendly Contact to attend the concert celebrating the 35th anniversary of the visit of US Philadelphia Orchestra to China.
