As agreed by China and the US, Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo will hold the 4th Sino-US Strategic Dialogue with US Deputy Secretary of State John D. Negroponte from June 20 to 21 in Washington. Established on the agreement reached by Chinese and US leaders, the dialogue mechanism provides an important platform for exchanges between the two countries at the strategic and political level. The two sides will exchange views over crucial issues concerning China-US relations on the basis of the precious three dialogues.
