The Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology issued, respectively with BELSPO and WBI, a guideline of application for inter-governmental science and technology cooperation projects among China, Belgium and South Africa and that between China and Belgium (Wallonia). Scholars and research institutes are welcome to be involved in the joint application.
