In accordance with the requirements for joint prevention and control of the pandemic, the Chinese Embassy of Belgium will adjust its consular services hours as follows:

1) As from 6 April, the office will only open for the applicants with humanitarian or urgent reasons by appointment in advance through belconsulate@mfa.gov.cn. For the applications already made on line, please make new appointment through belconsulate@mfa.gov.cn if in case of urgent reasons.

2) For picking up of passport, travel document and notarization, please apply for postal service through belconsulate@mfa.gov.cn.

3) The consulting telephone and email services remain unchanged. You may reach the Consular Office at 0032-27750888 from 9:00 am to 12:00 am from Monday to Friday.

4) The Brussels Chinese Visa Application Service Center will only open for the applicants with emergency by appointment through brusselscenter@visaforchina.org. The consulting telephone and email services of the Center remain unchanged. For details, please pay attention to the website of the Center via www.visaforchina.org.

A further notice will be issued when we resume normal services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
