Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with Chairman of the Executive Committee of the FPS Foreign Affairs Peter Moors on 20th January 2020. Minister Counsellor Zhang Chi from the Embassy was also present, together with Director Régine Vandriessche and Deputy Director Michele Deneffe for Asia Pacific from the Belgian Foreign Ministry.
