On 15th August 2019, Ambassador Cao Zhongming went on a visit to the China-Belgium Technology Center in Louvain-la-Neuve to learn about the progress of the Center’s ongoing construction project, together with Minister counselor Zhang Chi, administrative and consular counselor Sun Wei, scientific counselor Guo Xiaolin and other diplomats from the Embassy.

        After listening to introduction by the Center’s director Mme. Zhang Minrong, the Ambassador expressed his hopes that the project would make high-quality and steady progress, and become a bridge connecting the Chinese and Belgian high-tech sectors and a platform of innovation cooperation between Chinese and European companies.
