Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with Minister-President of Wallonia Willy Borsus on 18 April 2019. The two sides exchanged views over sub-national cooperation between Chinese cities and provinces and the Wallonia region. Economic counsellor Zhou Zhaoming from the Chinese Embassy was also present.
