Ambassador Cao Zhongming met with governor of the province of West Flanders Carl Decaluwé on 22 February 2019. The two sides exchanged views over sub-national cooperation between Chinese cities and provinces and West Flanders. Vice governor Jean de Bethune and minister counsellor Zhang Chi were also present.
